at the end of each week they are either emailed or sent U.S. Mail,
and should arrive on Monday or Tuesday of the next week.

All labor is warranted for 30 days.

Print Quality Issues:

I am getting spots and lines on my print outs. What should I do before
making a service call?
A:
We always suggest changing the toner cartridge and running some tests
before calling for service.

Jamming:
Q:
What should I check what getting jam errors?
A:
When the machine reports a jam error and you cannot find anything in the
paper path it means that the paper never left the tray. Check to see
that the paper backstay is not to
far back, then rub the separation pad and rollers to rough them up and
try again. The rollers and pads will most likely need to be
replaced.
